Speak to our team

Hadleigh Glass is a family-run window, door and home improvement company based in Hadleigh, Suffolk. We make Smart aluminium windows and doors at our own premises and supply and install aluminium and uPVC products for homes and businesses across East Anglia.

Our four showrooms in Hadleigh, Ipswich, Colchester and Chelmsford give you the chance to see the products, try them for yourself and talk through your plans with our team.

From a single front door to windows throughout your home or glazing for a larger building project, we’ll help you choose what works for your property and budget. Our team supports you from the first ideas through to surveys, installation and aftercare.

Our story

Hadleigh Glass began in the 1990s. Our current family management team took over in 2012, bringing years of experience in the local window and door industry.

Back then, the business fitted uPVC products from a small depot, with just a couple of fitting vans. We soon began making our own aluminium windows and doors, after frustrations with unreliable suppliers.

As demand grew, we added two factory buildings and a larger office and showroom at our Hadleigh site. Showrooms in Ipswich, Copford near Colchester, and Chelmsford followed.

Today, we employ around 40 people and have more than 12 installation teams working across East Anglia each day.

A family business with people you can turn to

Shaun and Marc lead the day-to-day running of Hadleigh Glass, supported by a senior team across manufacture, surveys, installation and administration.

Being family-run means taking responsibility for our work and being there when customers need us. Our reputation matters to us and to the local people we employ.

Key members of our manufacturing, survey and sales teams each have more than 25 years of industry experience. That knowledge helps us offer sound advice, work through the details and find practical solutions for your project.

Aluminium windows and doors made in Hadleigh

We make windows and doors using Smart aluminium systems at our own premises in Hadleigh, Suffolk.

Having our factory close to our survey and installation teams helps us work through the details of each project together. For homeowners, builders and trade customers, it also means there’s a local team to speak to about products, parts and support.

We value face-to-face conversations. Whether you’re planning a home renovation or need glazing for a building project, we’re happy to discuss your plans and help you explore the options.
